4 Basic Simple and Effective Exercises For Beginners

As we all might have started our fitness journey from somwhere, and we all are beginners at some point or the other, so today we will discuss one of the essential or most common problem faced by Us. As beginners and that is HOW TO START OUR TRAINING ?

So today we will learn some basic exercises from which we can start our fitness journey, so let’s start….

1 Exercise : BODY WEIGHT PUSH UP

Push up is one of the most effective exercise for train your upper body strength.It’s help to train your Chest,triceps and shoulder muscles and you rely on these muscle groups for so many activities in your daily to daily life routines i.e, from picking things up to things pushing a shopping cart, or draw something heavy in your daily household works and activities. More upper body strength can improve your functional fitness. and also develop new muscles on your body to making it more attractive and noticeable.

2 Exercise : BAR PULL UP’s

A pull-up is an upper body strength training exercise.

The pull-ups is one of the most effective exercises for strengthening the back muscles. Pullups also strengthen the arm and shoulder muscles. By performing pullups regularly, you’ll work the forearms and shoulders. If you’re looking to improve your strength in these areas, you should perform pullups regularly.

If you can’t perform the full pullup, doing them assisted or just getting in the position (hanging from the bar) can increase your strength as you work up to the complete movement.

3 Exercise : BODY WEIGHT SQUATS

Squats are the one of most Effective and hyprotophic exercise for full body training, As a beginner you can start it from body weight Squats or Free Squats. It helps target your thighs,Quadriceps, Hamstrings and glutes in particular.Its also helps you to increase your Strength and muscles development specially your Lower body and provide you a strong foundation, and as we know a strong upper body always need a strong lower body support.

4 Exercise : PLANK

I know so many of you would be say that plank is not for beginners, but trust me , Plank is one of the most effective exercise to develop solid Core strength. And it also can help you to increase you over all body strength. The plank strengthens your spine, your rhomboids and trapezius, your abdominal muscles.which naturally result in a strong posture as they grow in strength.
